Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once an item is ordered, the item’s design is approved, and a deposit is paid, we move quickly to produce the item for you, the customer. As a result, we cannot guarantee your order can be canceled. To request a cancellation, please call us as quickly as possible within 2 hours of approving your order at 801-226-5646. Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 2 hours of approving your order. We will process the request and let you know if your cancellation has been accepted. A service or materials fee may be necessary.

Orders and Returns

Your items are custom made to order for you. Items cannot be refunded after they are logo printed, stamped, customized or ordered at your request. If your product has a flaw or blemish, it must be returned to the management’s attention within 4 business days of purchase and we will try to resolve the issue with a credit, reprint or replace it at the management’s choice, and a service fee may be necessary. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Remaining profitable is our business. A win-win is best.

Unpicked-up and left items

All items left over 60 days will be disposed of or re-purposed.

Changes to Terms

Big Fat Design & Sign reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the terms under which our services are offered. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions.
